My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, or unresolved trauma and is tired of trying to hold everything together on their own. They may feel stuck in survival mode, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to break old patterns that no longer serve them. They want clarity, stability, and relief, along with a safe space to understand their emotions, build self-trust, heal past wounds, and connect with who they are so they can move forward feeling grounded, confident, and more like themselves.

I work individually with adults, and on occasion teens, providing compassionate therapy in Greeneville and virtually across Tennessee and Virginia. My approach combines Person-Centered therapy, EMDR, ACT, parts work, and mindfulness to help clients process experiences, strengthen resilience, and foster self-understanding and growth.
