Sometimes life moves so quickly that we find ourselves on autopilot, disconnected from the present, overwhelmed by stress, and unsure how to move forward. Therapy offers the space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. I help clients let go of rigid control strategies and make meaningful choices that lead to a more fulfilling and engaged life.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I work with clients to face life’s challenges openly, with the goal of building greater psychological flexibility and long-lasting change.
I have over 14 years of experience practicing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I also offer comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational testing.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, phobias, insomnia, chronic illness, depression, trauma, life transitions and personal growth. My assessment specialties include ADHD, learning disabilities, academic challenges, and dementia evaluations.
