One of the things I love most about this work is getting to witness people reconnect with themselves. Life can be challenging, and sometimes it helps to have a space where you can slow down, sort through what’s going on, and feel truly heard. Whether you’re carrying the impact of past experiences, struggling in a relationship, facing a difficult transition, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to be honest about what we're going through. My role is to provide a supportive space where change can happen.

I specialize in trauma recovery using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, which helps you process painful memories safely. For couples, I offer structured support through Prepare & Enrich to strengthen your bond and improve communication. Together, we will create practical, compassionate steps toward the meaningful life you envision.
