I have experience in supporting clients with PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, & borderline personality disorder. I offer neurodiverse (ADHD, OCD, Autism) & LGBTQ+ affirming therapy. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and pull from many theories such as CBT, Adlerian, person-centered, existential, and psychodynamic.
