I offer individual and group therapy for those who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of impulsivity or shutdown, or unsure how to move forward in their relationships or within themselves.
I am committed to providing gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and culturally responsive care where all individuals feel seen, valued, and supported. I work with teens and adults navigating mood-related concerns, trauma, life transitions, and patterns of emotional or relational instability.
