I have professional experience working with: mood disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, complex and single-event trauma, emotional neglect or maltreatment, nervous system dysregulation and panic, neurodivergency, human sexuality questions and concerns, LGBTQIA2+, gender identity, and substance use. I specialize in open-processing, psychoeducation, reconnecting to our emotions and learning regulation skills. I work from a trauma-informed approach, where each relationship is collaborative. Together we will identify what your current struggles are, create ways to overcome or accommodate these struggles, and build your self-efficacy and self-view.
