Life gets weird sometimes, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, talk honestly about what’s going on, and start making sense of it all - at your own pace. Together, we’ll look at what’s been on your heart and mind, what’s helping (even a little), and what might need to change. I help clients work through things like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions in a way that feels manageable and real.

Our work together is collaborative and focused on what’s actually helpful for you. Sessions are warm, genuine, and practical. You won’t get one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, you’ll have space to be yourself, feel understood, learn tools you can use in everyday life, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.
