I have over 10 years of experience. My experience ranges from working with individuals with intellectual abilities, group facilitation, domestic violence advocacy, therapy and public health social work.
I have worked with a variety of clients on issues ranging from stress management, anxiety, depression, postpartum, family, trauma and martial problems. I have worked with many individuals of all color, culture, religion, background and experiences. I use a variety of therapeutic frameworks. I'm constantly learning and maintaining my competency of skills.
