I enjoy working with children ages 6+, teens, and their families. I believe in supporting the whole system—partnering closely with parents and caregivers to create meaningful, lasting change. I have experience helping children whose parents are going through divorce, and I provide education and guidance to parents around co-parenting and ways to best support their child during this transition. I have worked with teens navigating depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. I also work with adults experiencing life transitions and with couples seeking to better understand relational patterns and foster connection.
Across all ages, I support clients in gaining insight that fosters increased emotional awareness. I focus on teaching coping skills to enhance emotional regulation, while exploring core values to guide clients toward authenticity and healthy self-esteem.
