We all have innate wisdom about what is best for us but may struggle to believe this about ourselves. I work with clients with past trauma and ongoing stress that have impacted their sense of self, created feelings of overwhelm, and even feelings of detachment. I strive to create a safe environment in which clients can be curious about the relationship between their inner and outer worlds. Through curiosity, I hope to show people that there are no “bad parts" of them, just parts that may no longer serve them. I help clients to connect mind and body to address the full picture of thoughts, feelings and emotions.
I’ve worked in the mental health field for six years and am also a peer recovery coach. I predominately work with teens and young adults. I prioritize a strength-based approach to help clients tap into their confidence. I help clients to understand their behaviors and patterns, in order for them to create meaningful and lasting change.
I’d love to chat for a brief (and free) phone consultation to make sure we are a good fit!
