Do you often find yourself feeling overcome by feelings of despair and helplessness? Do you struggle to accept yourself as you are and to cope with the anxiety of existing? You are not alone. Many clients come to me when they are at the end of their rope and merely hanging on by a thread. People often want to learn to accept themselves as they are, to feel worthy, and ultimately, to be able to improve their relationships with others. Similarly, couples often seek therapy in order to learn to communicate effectively, to deal with conflict, to strengthen their bonds, and to prepare for marriage or children.
I love working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-injury, low self-esteem, sexuality, gender identity, coming out, relationship issues, perfectionism, etc. I offer LGBTQ+-and poly-affirming individual, family, and couples therapy. I see clients who identify all along the sexuality and gender identity spectrum.
As a Queer counselor, I am passionate about the importance of acknowledging and validating your unique circumstances, identities, and experiences. My goal is to assist you in your journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-growth.
