Hey y'all, I'm Ashlyn! I love to work with sensitive people seeking authentic connection to yourself and those you love. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+ folks and people whose lived experiences challenge mainstream norms. I love working with intuitive people and spiritual seekers. I support you to heal your attachment wounds, recover from relational trauma, and connect to your sense of agency and choice in order to live a values aligned, full life. My clients are brave cycle breakers and it's an honor to walk alongside you as you journey to your true self and remember and embrace your wholeness that has been within you all along.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am trauma-informed, non-monogamy/polyamory informed, Kink/BDSM knowledgeable, and sex positive. I facilitate a relational container where healing is possible in the context of a safe enough relationship. We work with what is presently coming up in the therapy space and attend to your mind, body, and spirit.
When needed, we do deep trauma healing. I also support you with skills to takeaway and apply after and in-between sessions.
