In my nature-based, somatic approach, I walk alongside you to gently tend that inner fire. I help provide the tools necessary to keep that light burning by working through and past it's potential barriers. With experience rooted in both the healing power of the body and the wisdom of the natural world, I help clients reconnect to their strength, aliveness, and sense of wholeness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in CO, holding an MS in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic Therapy, as I work LPC licensure.
My approach honors mind, body, and soul—blending person-centered talk therapy with somatic techniques, guided meditation, yoga nidra, chakra alignment, and nature-based walk-and-talk sessions. With a background as a wildlife biologist, biology teacher, and park ranger, I bring a deep connection to nature and trust in the body’s innate capacity for healing
