I serve an array of individuals who are experiencing life adjustments and mental struggles such as OCD, anxiety, and trauma/PTSD. Additionally, I have received specialized training to support individuals dealing with mood and anxiety disorders including OCD and phobia.
I implement an Eclectic style of therapy pulling from components of evidence-based modalities such as ACT, ERP, CBT, and body-centered psychotherapy.
