I specialize in working with teens, adults, and their families facing a variety of mental health concerns. My co-therapist (aka therapy dog in training, Daisy) is really good at helping my clients ground and do somatic experiencing work.
I use a person-centered, strengths-based, relational approach with all of my clients. You may be asking, what does this mean? To put it simply, I offer a no-bs, real-life approach to walking with you through your life story. I don’t blunt my emotions or reactions- what you see is what you get.
This style of therapy and therapeutic relationship is not for everyone; however, if we are not a good fit, I will do everything in my power to find you a therapist who is.
When I am not in the office, I’m likely spending quality time with my family, at a Mariners, Torrent, or Kraken game, or volunteering in the community.
