I have built my career around supporting clients who are going through some of their most difficult days. Some of the most common issues I help with are relationship issues, major life transitions, and grief and loss. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help clients process feelings and create strategies that help them improve their lives.
In the first session I want to find out what is most important for you. We will talk about what you are finding challenging at the moment and find out what you are hoping to get out of therapy. We will decide if I'm the right fit for you and begin to build a supportive and accepting working relationship.
