I have also worked with clients who wanted to strengthen their communication skills, improve their social support system, and make small and large changes to themselves or their lives.
I have used techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, supportive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, art therapy, and play therapy. I also use tools such as meditation, mindfulness and EMDR just to name a few. I believe that each client is unique and requires a tailor-made plan specifically suited to their needs.
