Are you a teen or young adult? Are you looking for a fun, engaging therapist to work with? I work with folks of all ages 8 and up, although adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ topics are my jam! My therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a nurturing, inclusive space where all are respected and valued for their individuality. I utilize art, play, and expressive interventions to make coming to therapy fun! I work with clients on a range of issues including (but not limited to) ADHD, neurodivergence, school issues, anxiety, depression, identity, and self-harm. I am happy to meet with individuals virtually or in person.
My goal is to build a strong, trusting relationship with each person I meet and help them navigate their experiences and find their unique voice with confidence and resilience. I use fun, engaging therapy techniques and work collaboratively with individuals and families to develop practical strategies for managing their mental health.
I’m committed to creating a safe, affirming space where folks feel heard, valued, and understood. A decade of working in schools has given me a unique ability to help teens and college students with school-related mental health concerns such as ADHD, bullying, self-harm, social struggles, anxiety, and depression.
