You may be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself, caught between responsibilities, expectations, and the constant pace of daily life. Many of the clients I work with are navigating stress, life transitions, parenting challenges, or difficulty finding balance, and are seeking greater emotional steadiness, clarity, and relief. Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or simply stuck, therapy can be a space to pause and reset. While I have a special interest in women’s health and the unique challenges that come with caregiving and life transitions, I work with individuals across ages and backgrounds.
My work uses a mind–body approach focused on the nervous system and how stress impacts both mind and body. I integrate mindfulness, movement, and regulation tools into therapy, informed by my yoga training and recent certification in children’s yoga, helping clients build resilience and emotional balance.
