I use EMDR and IFS/parts work to help adults gently process trauma, grief, anxiety, and painful life experiences. EMDR can reduce the emotional charge of distressing memories, while parts work helps you understand protective patterns, build self-compassion, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with your inner wisdom and sense of self again within.
