Welcome- I'm really glad you're here! As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I know that everyone’s journey is unique, so I’ll meet you exactly where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Building trust and connection takes time, and I believe that’s at the heart of meaningful therapy. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more empowered to advocate for yourself, set healthy boundaries, and notice patterns that may no longer be serving you.
I’m trained in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), two evidence-based approaches that can be deeply transformative. EMDR can help process trauma, anxiety, depression, and negative self-beliefs, while IFS offers a compassionate framework for understanding and healing the different “parts” of yourself.
Throughout our work together, I’ll offer consistent support and acceptance as we explore your emotions and experiences. My hope is to provide a nonjudgmental space where you feel validated, understood, and encouraged to grow and heal in your own time.
