I am a firm believer that one modality may not suffice for everyone and often times it may require a combination of treatments. I incorporate CBT, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness. I also am a reiki practitioner and utilize this practice to assist in mental, physical, and spiritual ailments to assist clients.
It's easy to look the part, but counseling goes deeper than that. It is not easy to continuously remain resilient after being faced with challenge after challenge.
