As a therapist, I provide a non judgmental and safe place that allows you to process your feelings, identify healthy coping skills, and maintain an environment that allows us to work together to find your way through difficult times.
My scope of work includes, but is not limited to; working with individuals suffering from depression, emotional growth and development, conflict resolution, anxiety, blended family conflict, sexual trauma, and establishing effective communication. Finding inner healing is a journey and I hope that you will take me along with you.
On a personal note, I'm a proud Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, giving back to the community, and enhancing my gardening skills.
