Are you a parent struggling with understanding and connecting to your children? Finding it difficult to spend time with each other, or hold a conversation without frustration? Feeling as though you are unable to reach your child/adolescent to help them through the current difficulties they are having? That is where I come in! I specialize in working with children/adolescents and their parents by meeting where they are at emotionally, connecting with them, and helping them understand their own thoughts and feelings. All the while creating goals and working towards those goals one step at a time.

I focus primarily on those with Anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism, behavioral issues, and educational issues. I help all my clients find positivity and recognize their strengths to achieve their goals. I believe in an integrated approach combining a holistic methods alongside the evidence based practices of Emotion Focused Therapy and CBT.

My expertise comes from working in a variety of settings, and a diverse group of people from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping people and reaching their full potential.
