As a therapist, I specialize in working with female clients facing challenges ranging from Stress, Anxiety, Divorce, Confidence, Relationships, Depression, Career Challenges, and other life changes. My clients come to me knowing they are ready for a change. I use CBT, mindfulness, dance movement therapy, motivational interviewing, spirituality, confidence building, ecotherapy, and art therapy.
