I help couples and individuals who are stuck find a pathway back to connection and stability. I am an active therapist who will jump in and help you organize and make sense of the cycles you are caught in with others in your life as well as your own patterns. I am patient, validating, and empathetic, but I will also challenge you and hold you accountable.
I have advanced training and specialization in couples work- Gottman levels 1-3, EFT externship and core skills, and a yearlong certificate in the Developmental model from the Couples Therapy Institute.
