Mental health and substance abuse all too frequently go hand-in-hand and one can mask the other, but have no fear we can address them together. Whether you'd like to work on bettering your mental health and/or addressing your substance abuse concerns, together we can develop a plan to aid in your future overall wellness so you have what you need to succeed. Depression, anxiety, frustration & stress, alcohol & drug abuse, legal concerns, mood disorders, personality disorders, relationships distress, all of these and much more can be treated as long as the effort and dedication to want to do and be better is present.
As a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor for almost 10 years, I've had the pleasure to work in private practice and most recently community mental health. I have the most experience in working with individuals with co-occurring disorders (mental health & substance abuse issues). My goal is to provide a 3rd party, non-biased, non-judgmental approach to each.
Learning to cope with the hand that life has dealt can be difficult and adding mental health and/or substance abuse concerns only makes it more difficult.
