About
You have taken a courageous first step by considering psychotherapy. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, experiencing difficulty in relationships, or going through a life transition, I am here for you. I believe that therapy is a commitment and an opportunity to invest in and explore our true selves. I believe true change happens only once a person feels seen and understood. My priority is ensuring that you feel safe and comfortable so that we can work together to reach your goals. We all need a safe space to process and work toward our full potential.
I have helped individuals of all ages and backgrounds learn to manage anxiety, increase self-esteem, and improve communication. My approach is nurturing and tailored to meet the individual needs of clients. I believe that you possess the strength needed to overcome whatever challenge you are facing. Sometimes we need help recognizing the power within us.
Everyone deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and a chance to make positive life changes. I understand how isolative it can be when your feelings and emotions aren't adaptively being expressed. Let me be that safe space for you. I would be honored to be a part of your journey, and I look forward to meeting you.
