I'm a compassionate, concerned and empathetic therapist who wants to provide you "armor to go out and fight your life battles." More times than not, life and its stressors cause depression, anxiety, relationship issues, etc., that can make it difficult to function in everyday settings such as work and with family during interactions. I strive to provide counseling to help you move closer towards your goals and decrease/eliminate the severity of your symptoms. I specialize in working with adults whom are seeking therapeutic guidance. I work with issues that consist of anxiety, depression and mood disorders.
I also work with student-athletes who are experiencing emotional and behavioral issues created by the pressures of excelling at being both a student and an athlete.
I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and am currently accepting LPC-Associates looking for supervision for their licensure.
I counsel in a non-judgemental, empathetic, accepting, and encouraging setting. I have years of therapeutic and personal experience to help you overcome the hardships in your life that you're struggling with.
As an LPC-S I strive to make sure that all interested candidates will be fully supported on the journey to becoming a fully licensed LPC.
