About
I am excited to work with people who are interested in making a change in their life. From significant life events to dealing with the day to day challenges of life, I am enthusiastic about working with you to find ways to improve how you feel. I utilize a collaborative approach where together we determine your reasons for seeking a therapist, what you hope to gain from our time and how we can help you achieve your goals.
I work with individuals, couples, and families depending on your individual needs. I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults up until middle and later life. In addition to mental health diagnoses, I am excited to help you through your stages of life--jobs, school, relationships, children, family, and/or loss.
