Many things throughout our life influence us and how we react and behave in different situations, however that doesn’t mean we can’t grow and develop as individuals. My goal is to help clients become confident in who they are through discovering their own self-worth and practicing self-compassion. We can work together to create a space where you can find the tools and support you are looking for during this period of your life.
I believe that everyone is different and I like to get to know my clients and hear from them what their goal for therapy is. I strive to support clients in the way that fits their character and lifestyle best. I have clinical experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, and substance abuse.
It is important to me to create a comfortable environment where we can build trust and a strong connection free from judgments or shame. I pride myself on being LGBTQ+ affirming provider and prioritize continuing my education and growing as a person and therapist.
