Even exciting changes, like becoming a parent or starting a new chapter, can bring anxiety, self-doubt, or strain on relationships. I provide a warm, supportive space to explore these shifts, process difficult emotions, and build practical tools. I work with women, new moms, couples, and college students, including those who have experienced trauma, to help them reconnect, find balance, and strengthen relationships.

I provide a nurturing space to process difficult emotions, address negative thoughts, and build resilience. Using EMDR, CBT, and the Gottman Method, I tailor sessions to support emotional well-being, help process past experiences, strengthen relationships, and foster a greater sense of balance and connection.
