I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and have completed postgraduate training and mentorship through ASRM in fertility counseling. My extensive experience in the area of maternal mental health ensures I am qualified to give clients the help they need during the most crucial time of life. I am dedicated to working with individuals, children and families from preconception, through the first-year post-delivery, throughout parenthood and into childhood.
I am passionate in supporting those navigating infertility, overcoming depression and anxiety during pregnancy, coping with high-risk pregnancy, grieving perinatal losses, coping with unexpected outcomes and NICU stays, healing from traumatic birth and coping with postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, as well as providing parenting support and play therapy.
