Hi! I'm Ashley. I've been practicing Therapy since 2015 and am honored to have sat across from so many incredible souls. I have a small group practice and working with folks in KY, TN, & VA. I specialize in seeing adolescents and adults for anxiety & depression, eating disorders & negative relationships with their body, perinatal & postpartum mental health, infertility, trauma work, and more.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, and self-compassion; alongside creative and experiential therapies. It is my goal to tailor my approach to the needs of each client.

New Mom's Support Group - Virtual
With 1 in 7 moms experiencing postpartum depression; about 6% of pregnant and 10% of postpartum women developing anxiety; and 3-5% of women experiencing symptoms of OCD after birth; maternal mental health is in desperate need of help. This educational and supportive group for mothers of newborns to 4 years old is designed to break pretenses of perfect parenting, provide foundational understandings of what true and authentic parenting looks like, and offer reassurance and encouragement to the incredible women who find themselves in this group.
