I use Narrative and Solution-Focused approaches to help you understand your patterns and move forward with clarity. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate and also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, bringing a strong foundation in understanding behavior. In this role, I focus on emotional and relational growth to help you feel more connected and confident.
I blend the structure of applied behavior analysis (ABA) with the emotional depth of talk therapy to support individuals, couples, and families. Using Narrative and Solution-Focused approaches, I help clients improve communication, navigate relationship challenges, and strengthen family dynamics.
