I am a queer, neurodivergent, and spiritual therapist offering inclusive, LGBTQIA+-affirming care to individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and mental health experiences. As a neurodivergent clinician, I bring a deeply attuned, non-pathologizing lens to therapy. My style is warm, open, direct, and creative, grounded in unconditional positive regard, curiosity, and empowerment. Healing happens through authentic connection, nervous system regulation, and strengths-based support, as we reconnect to inner wisdom on psychological and energetic levels.
I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with intuitive and somatic guidance to support self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and authenticity. I work well with clients who feel deeply, think differently, or have learned to mask. Together, we explore mental, emotional, physical, and energetic self to build resilience, alignment, and meaningful change.
Beginning or returning to therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when exploring deeper or intuitive aspects of healing. At NOVA Mental Health Services, we honor how personal this step can be. If you feel called to begin, I invite you to reach out by phone or email to schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation!
