I am a queer, neurodivergent, and spiritual therapist offering inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming care across identities, backgrounds, cultures, and mental health experiences. As a neurodivergent clinician, I bring a deeply attuned, non-pathologizing lens to therapy. My style is warm, open, direct, and creative, grounded in unconditional positive regard, curiosity, authenticity, and empowerment. I believe healing involves understanding yourself deeply, reconnecting with parts you may have learned to hide or abandon, and building the safety and self-trust to live more authentically.
I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic, intuitive, and nervous-system-informed approaches to support self-discovery, regulation, resilience, and meaningful change. When meaningful to you, therapy can also make space for spirituality, intuition, and energetic experiences as part of understanding your whole self.
I work well with people who feel deeply, think differently, mask, or often feel misunderstood.
