I have experience working with children, teens, and adults with complex trauma. I have had the privilege of learning from clinicians in recovery as well as clients facing addiction, children and teens in foster care, survivors of intimate partner violence and human trafficking. My background in crisis intervention has illuminated the interconnectedness and intersectionality of multiple traumas. And I understand that for most people, the therapeutic environment is a place where we need to experience acceptance for many interwoven losses, fears, and challenges.

Picking Up the Pieces
A workshop focused on grief, acceptance, and post-traumatic growth. This workshop involves a partnership with rage rooms in the community, and allows participants to break things under the supervision of a trained therapist.
