I specialize in helping girls and women struggling with stress, anxiety, perfectionism, past trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions. I believe the better we understand ourselves, the better we get at making conscious choices. Gaining insight into the "why" and "how" we operate can help us cultivate self-compassion for where we've been and find the courage to do things differently. Many clients who come to work with me identify as overwhelmed high-achievers on the brink of burnout, seeking more sustainable ways to reach their goals. I'm also passionate about supporting neurodivergent women, whose experiences are often overlooked.
I aim to create a collaborative and supportive relationship, meet clients where they are, and understand their unique perspectives, experiences, and identities. In this way, my approach is tailored to each client, where I integrate various types of therapy to explore emotions, build skills, and make positive changes.
