Feel lost when it comes to starting your healing journey? When we feel broken and defeated, the task of rebuilding ourselves and our live can leave us feeling overwhelmed and wondering where to turn. We all experience challenges and difficult emotions that can need extra attention and processing. I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem issues, weight gain/loss or going through bariatric surgery, relationship conflict, work stress, or significant life changes. When you're ready to begin your journey of healing you do not need to go through it alone!
If you are experiencing burn out from your job, anxiety and depressive symptoms, experiencing fatigue from working in a helping profession or as a first responder, or are a parent who has experienced trauma/overwhelm during their parenting journey and have had children diagnosed with a variety of different challenges- we may be good fit! I am EMDR trained :)
My clients appreciate my compassionate and warm approach. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. I offer in person and virtual sessions with current morning and afternoon availability.
