I specialize in working with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and my clients often start therapy overwhelmed, confused by their anxiety, and feeling trapped by it. Oftentimes their internal worlds can feel very harsh, self critical and negative. Clients are often seeking relief from this incredibly painful internal experience.
I offer an authentic and conversational approach to my work. My focus is to explore with you your values, what aspects of your life may not be aligned with these values, and collaborate on ways to shift those barriers out of the way. I truly believe that being comfortable with your emotions and thoughts is a superpower.
