As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, I specialize in EMDR therapy and am passionate about helping individuals process trauma, overcome challenges, and move toward meaningful change. I have a special heart for serving those in high-stress professions, including first responders, military service members, and medical professionals, who often carry burdens that others may not see. My background in play therapy and 15 years of experience in education and behavioral intervention allows me to support children and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

I have specialized training in assessments and can provide evaluations for ADHD, autism, OCD, ODD, cognitive delay, and mood disorders. I can provide evaluation reports which can be utilized to obtain school services, resources, and medication support from your physician.

My approach to therapy is both compassionate and goal-oriented utilizing a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Whether guiding couples through relational challenges or helping individuals overcome trauma, my focus remains on empowering clients to uncover their strengths and achieve personal goals.
