My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth.

I integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to support healing, growth, and resilience. I believe in meeting people where they are, creating a safe and empowering space where every voice matters and every story is honored.
For the past eight years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, children, and families through a wide range of life challenges. I have experience working with those navigating crises, supporting loved ones impacted by mental health concerns or developmental disorders, processing trauma, and helping clients access resources and advocacy support.
