I’m a business owner, a single mom, and a foster and adoptive parent. I understand what it’s like to juggle multiple roles, carry constant responsibility, and still want to show up well for the people who matter most. One thing I say often is “work on yourself first.” It’s one of the few things we actually have control over, but it’s also the thing we tend to put off. We’re busy, we’re juggling everything, and before we know it, we’re stuck in patterns that feel frustrating and hard to break. No judgment here. I get it.
The first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what brought you in. My style is direct, honest, grounded, and supportive, so you can expect a conversation that feels real — not overly clinical or full of pressure.
