When people and families are going through those big life changes like moving, divorce, new family structure, and new challenges, I want to help you find some peace and connection. If you are exhausted or confused and trying to stay strong for everyone else, I know the struggle and would love to be a part of helping you discover steps to a solution. I know life can be overwhelming at all ages and times in our lives. That is why I enjoy helping young people and adults. I offer individual and family sessions.
I like to help you discover real solutions and interventions to help you reach your goals at home with family, work, or school. I'll provide a safe space for you to explore your experiences feelings. I work with individuals, children, teens, and families. I have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and finding balance.
