Depression, disordered eating, anxiety, and substance use/recovery are whole-body illnesses involving the nervous system, attitudes, thoughts, and behavior affecting how you eat, lose/gain weight, sleep, feel about yourself, and react to people and events. Together, we identify the root causes.
