I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectal-behavioral therapy (DBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. These approaches are hands-on and give you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include other modalities that better suit your needs.
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we’ll continue to build our work together over time. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here to guide you through each step.
