As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my passion is helping clients develop healthy functioning in their relationships, and restore harmony in their lives. Together, we will also heal any negative "cycles" (patterns of thinking, communication, and behavior) that may be present, so you can achieve secure attachment within your relationship and live a complete and harmonic life. I regularly treat issues such as poor communication, lack of connection, and infidelity/affair recovery. I meet with clients in-person and via HIPAA-compliant Zoom.

With 15+ years of experience, I specialize in the treatment of relationships and relationship-focused therapy for adult individuals. My professional license title of Marriage & Family Therapist can be misleading because I treat adult individuals and relationships of all kinds. I also utilize Emotionally-Focused Therapy for relationship-focused therapy.

I offer my clients systemic, strengths-based, solution-focused, and empathetic therapy services to improve all of their most important relationships. I accept private-pay clients, out-of-network benefits, and Lyra Behavioral Health benefits. Teletherapy is available for clients located in MA and CT only.
