I focus on various topics such as but not limited to depression/anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I aim to walk alongside you during your journey of healing and exploration. I focus on a collaborative approach to counseling that explores the clients strengths and the stories of their life. While working with all age groups, I provide services such as Supportive talk therapy, Narrative therapy, Sandtray, EMDR, and Solution-Focused therapy.
