About
My goal in therapy is to facilitate the learning of new coping skills to result in a new way of living and a more satisfying and productive life for my clients. I am a client-focused therapist and believe a strong partnership between the therapist and the client is essential to success. I have been working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings for over a decade.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Strengths Based, Narrative, Dialectical Behavioral, and Solution Focused perspectives to identify the needs of clients, establish goals, and reach a desired outcome. My specialities include managing anxiety and depression, emotional regulation in children and adolescents, and facilitating stress management for adults in high pressure professions.
